There are 2 ways of booking a photoshoot with us - one way is simply going to our home page and click Book now button, the other way is Booking using Client Portal

What areas do you service?
Our Primary Service Area is the Greater Seattle area including areas like Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Renton, but we can also cover further areas like Tacoma and Everett as well if we are able to fit the drive times into our photographers schedules.
What is the cancellation policy?
For photoshoots cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs of the appointment a 50% cancellation fee may apply
Do I need to be at the shoot?
You are not required to be present for the photoshoot.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery is available for our Real Estate Photography Services is available by request on a case by case basis.
When is the best time for photos?
The weather in Seattle can be unpredictable. On rainy and cloudy days when the light is even anytime of day will work fine. For sunny days time of day can help a lot. Every home is different but generally East facing homes Photograph better in the morning, West in the afternoon, South and North anytimes.
How to prepare for the photoshoot?
